At Found By Few, we work hard, and we think the people who make it happen deserve to be properly celebrated. That's taken us from the seaside to the slopes, and from Paris to a pottery studio.
Here's a snapshot of life at Found By Few, from summer dos and Christmas parties to everything in between.

Summer dos
Lunch with a view, lawn bowls and a dragon. One summer, we played some lawn bowls and then watched an amateur comedy gig. It included a man dressed as a dragon eating multiple bananas (yes, that did happen). We laughed our butts off, though not always at the jokes.
Costa Del Margs. For one summer party, we headed to Margate. We ate eels on the harbour, escaped (barely) from the escape rooms and played two truths and a lie, which taught us way too much about each other. Most of all, it was a chance to celebrate how well the team supports each other.
A day trip to Paris. We sailed down the Seine, toasted with champagne and finished with a Middle Eastern feast at Liza. A few of us stayed on for a weekend mini break.
The Grove. Golf for the keen golfers, luxury massages for anyone after some rest and restoration, and a serious buffet for everyone. Where else can you eat oysters, sushi and a roast dinner in one sitting?

Christmas dos
We hit the slopes, and they hit back. None of us had ever been snowboarding before, but we all came out the other end. There were a few bruises, crushed egos and minor concussions, and we had a blast, then recovered over a fancy dinner at Coal Office in Coal Drops Yard. It was a good reminder that to succeed you have to try and fail, even if you fall over and embarrass yourself (repeatedly).
Italian food and karaoke. We started at Maremma, a much-loved local Italian in Brixton, then hit up the Prince of Peckham for karaoke. There were some impressive renditions of Blur, P!nk and Shaggy.
Terrariums and the cosiest of pubs. We made our own magical gardens at Duende Lab, then sat down to a proper Christmas lunch at the Cadogan Arms, the renowned Chelsea pub.

Team socials and everything in between
Celebrating the wins. Every time we hit a quarterly target, we take the team out to eat. We've had fine dining at Akoko and lunches at the Camberwell Arms, Bistro Freddie, St John, Forza Wine and Bubala.
Theatre, pottery and pub dinners. We've been swept into a world of Greek mythology at an amazing immersive theatre experience by Punchdrunk, and got our hands dirty making pottery at The Kiln Rooms. Another time, we painted pottery in Clapham and finished with a delicious meal at the Pig's Head.
Our birthday in Barcelona. To celebrate our second birthday, we took the whole company to Barcelona. We stayed at The Hoxton, met some of our international clients and candidates, connected with leaders in the city's growing tech scene and enjoyed plenty of long dinners in the sun.
